Start Sleeping Better in As Little as 2–3 Weeks

Comprehensive Insomnia Consultation

Your initial 60–90 minute session is dedicated to thoroughly understanding your sleep patterns, challenges, and goals. We’ll consider any health issues that might be affecting your sleep or energy to ensure your care plan is truly comprehensive.

CBT-I & BBTI

CBT-I is the gold standard treatment for insomnia. If this is a good fit, we’ll create a personalized sleep plan, typically 6 to 8 sessions to help you gently shift habits and mindsets affecting your rest. For a shorter option, we offer BBT-I, a focused four-session program using practical strategies to support better sleep.

Strategic Use of Medications and Diagnostics

When helpful, medications or supplements may support your care. We offer thoughtful and strategic guidance around their use while recognizing their limitations. We may also recommend and coordinate lab work or imaging to inform your treatment.

Sleep Apnea Support

We offer supportive care for individuals navigating sleep apnea, especially those already diagnosed or seeking alternatives to CPAP. Services include:

  • Overnight oximetry screening
  • Referrals for diagnostic testing and PAP setup through local sleep labs
  • Follow-up care for those using CPAP, oral appliances, or positional therapy.
  • Alternative strategy guidance for those seeking non-CPAP treatment alternatives.

Overnight Oximetry Screening

We offer overnight pulse oximetry as a preliminary screening tool to assess oxygen saturation levels during sleep.

This non-invasive test can help identify potential sleep-related breathing issues. Please note that this screening is not a diagnostic test. For comprehensive evaluation and diagnosis, we refer patients to accredited sleep laboratories.

Sleep Education and Handouts

Education may be provided 1:1 during visits or through reading material provided by Theta Sleep Clinic.

Handouts and worksheets may also be provided as part of individualized care plan.

Telehealth Visits

For your convenience, consultations and follow-up visits can be done via a secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth system.

Telehealth is a great option if you’d like to:

  • Meet from the comfort of home
  • Avoid commuting or time off work
  • Access care more flexibly

Please note:

Prescriptions for controlled substances (such as Ambien or benzodiazepines) cannot be provided through telehealth alone due to federal law (Ryan Haight Act).
