Hi, I’m Erin Dame, PA-C, founder of Theta Sleep Clinic—a practice devoted to personalized, evidence-based sleep care and solutions.
I’ve spent over a decade as an Advanced Practice Provider, with training in sleep medicine and specialized experience treating complex sleep disorders. During my time at Intermountain Healthcare’s Sleep Disorders Center, I helped develop a CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) education program that remains in use today.
My approach is simple: unhurried visits, customized sleep plans, and no one-size-fits-all protocols. I use proven behavioral therapies like CBT-I and BBTI to help people achieve lasting, restorative sleep – without the limitations of corporate care.
